QUARTERBACKS

1 Tom Brady NE (vs NYJ)
2 Tony Romo DAL (vs PHI)
3 Peyton Manning IND (at OAK)
4 Brett Favre GB (at STL)
5 Drew Brees NO (vs ARI)
6 Ben Roethlisberger PIT (vs JAC)
7 Derek Anderson CLE (vs BUF)
8 Matt Hasselbeck SEA (at CAR)

16 Eli Manning NYG (vs WAS)
17 Jeff Garcia TB (vs ATL)
18 Trent Edwards BUF (at CLE)
19 Sage Rosenfels HOU (vs DEN)
20 Todd Collins WAS (@ NYG)

Notes: So you think Belichick will be telling Brady to run the ball a lot on Sunday? I'd put the odds at least at 50/50 that he throws for his 50th TD on Sunday. Biggest fantasy lock of the year is that Brady has at least 4 TD's... Manning faces a tough OAK pass defense, but the way he has been playing lately, I couldn't drop him any lower than 3rd... Big Ben has a better than expected matchup against JAX, who are 6th worst in terms of passing yards per game, which was a bit of a surprise. On the flip side, PITT is absolutely filthy against the pass (so long as they're not playing NE), but Garrard is too consistent not to play... Usually I'd have Garcia ranked higher, but I'm still worried about his back... Trent Edwards has a great matchup in a must win game against CLE, but I still don't trust him, even after the 4 TD passes last week... Bulger was left off the list as an injury concern, but he'd be top 15 if he starts...

Notes
: Here's a fun stat for you. The worst 3 teams in terms of fantasy points allowed per game are OAK, CHI, & DET. Their opponents this week? Addai, AP, and LT. I expect all 3 to have 135 total yards and a TD each at the absolute minimum... McGahee also has a fantastic matchup, facing a Dolphins team allowing 155.4 YPG on the ground, worst in the NFL... Don't expect another big game from MBIII this week, as PHI is allowing less than 100 YPG on the ground, and only 8 rushing TD's all year... I ranked Selvin Young as if he'll start this week, but who the frick knows anymore... After defending him last week, I'm not big on Portis this week. The G-Men are tough against the run, and Portis is averaging a measily 2.6 YPC in his last 4 games. Hopefully he'll be able to catch some passes, otherwise, he might be in for a long day... I'm going with the assumption that both Gado and Chatman will play on Sunday, with Gado getting most of the carries. Needless to say, I don't like either of them...

2 Terrell Owens DAL (vs PHI)

36 Nate Burleson SEA (at CAR)
37 Justin Gage TEN (at KC)
38 Amani Toomer NYG (vs WAS)
39 Calvin Johnson DET (at SD)
40 Sidney Rice MIN (vs CHI)

Notes: I left the following guys off the list because I'm not sure whether or not they'll play this week: Harrison, J. Walker, Hackett, Coles, & Boldin. Moss is in for another huge game this week, as is Welker. I haven't had 1 Patriot on my roster all year, but Gaffney will be my #3, as I think he'll have another solid day (at least 65-70 yards). Colston has another great matchup, and should be good for another 90-100 yards and 1-2 TD's. I like Berrian this week as well, even with Orton at QB for Da Bears... If Coles doesn't play on Sunday, look for Cotchery to have a ton of passes thrown his way, resulting in passable #'s... CIN still leads the league in TD's allowed to WR's, but other than Arnaz Battle, I don't really trust any of SF's WR's enough to recommend them this week... I'm still not completely sold on Anthony Gonzalez, although if he has a big game against OAK this week, I may change my mind... Lee Evans has been and will continue to be completely hit or miss. I'm ranking him in the middle, because unless he catches another long TD, I don't think his #'s will be all that great this week, even against CLE...

TIGHT ENDS

1 Jason Witten DAL (vs PHI)
2 Antonio Gates SD (vs DET)
3 Chris Cooley WAS (at NYG)
4 Kellen Winslow CLE (vs BUF)
5 Heath Miller PIT (vs JAC)
6 Tony Gonzalez KC (vs TEN)
7 Dallas Clark IND (at OAK)
8 Owen Daniels HOU (vs DEN)
9 Jeremy Shockey NYG (vs WAS)
10 Donald Lee GB (at STL)
11 Desmond Clark CHI (at MIN)
12 Vernon Davis SF (vs CIN)
13 Benjamin Watson NE (vs NYJ)
14 Tony Scheffler DEN (at HOU)
15 Marcedes Lewis JAC (at PIT)
16 Alge Crumpler ATL (at TB)
17 Zach Miller OAK (vs IND)
18 Chris Baker NYJ (at NE)
19 Robert Royal BUF (at CLE)
20 Mike Vrabel, NE (vs NYJ)

Notes: Heath Miller has a good chance to bust out of his slump this week, as JAX is allowing about 62 YPG to TE's, 2nd worst in the NFL. The Jets have been halfway decent in containing TE's, which is why the only Patriot I'm not huge on this week is Ben Watson (although he'll still probably catch a short TD). With Shaun Hill at QB this week, look for Vernon Davis to have a good game against a shaky CIN pass defense. CLE has been terrible at stopping TE's this year, so don't be surprised if Royal catches another TD pass this week. Finally, I couldn't resist on my pick for the #20 spot, as you know that Vrabel will catch a TD against Mangina...
