Injury Update for Late Games (Week 8)

AHMAN GREEN (knee) will not play in the game at San Diego. This is somewhat of a surprise as Green practiced this week. RON DAYNE will start and receive most of the work.

MATT SCHAUB (hip) will start at San Diego. Not a great matchup for him, but he is available for you if you need him.

FRANK GORE (ankle) is active for the game against New Orleans. He may not be 100 percent, but has a good matchup this week.

DARRELL JACKSON (quad) will not play in the game against New Orleans. Jackson missed a lot of practice time this week and has not done that well this season anyway.

MAURICE JONES-DREW (knee) will play in the game at Tampa Bay. Jones-Drew has done well lately, but is not 100 percent and faces a tough defense this week.

BEN WATSON (ankle) is inactive for the game against Washington. KYLE BRADY will see more playing time as a result.

SAMMY MORRIS (chest) is inactive for the game against Washington. LAURENCE MARONEY is fairly healthy right now and will receive the bulk of the carries.
